Transform your firm's performance through more resilient leaders and teams

Burnout doesn't show up in billables, it shows up in write offs. Sustained stress erodes a firm's margin. WONE identifies burnout risks before they cost you.

Firms use WONE to measure stress and resilience by practice group and office so leadership can intervene early, prevent burnout, and drive performance with measurable ROI.

Turn stress signals into a measurable performance edge

Every firm has stress data hiding in plain sight: focus lapses under sustained load, associate attrition, rising health claims. WONE is the first Stress Intelligence platform that makes this data visible, actionable, and commercially provable. We build resilience that's measurable.

Skin-deep resilience: the hidden performance risk in law

Four patterns behind the resilience gap in law

Output holds while focus slips

Focus risk in legal runs 21 points above the cross-industry average, even as error rates and deadlines still look healthy. By the time it affects output, the underlying capacity has already been slipping for months.

High stress is the norm, and it surfaces as disengagement

52% of legal employees report high stress, 14 points above average, and are 1.6 times more likely to disengage mentally. Disengagement and cynicism typically precede voluntary turnover, well before anyone resigns.

The environment offers little to draw on

Psychological safety sits 11 points below average, workplace anxiety 10 points worse, peer support 9 points down. Without these, stress accumulates which is why resilience resources sit at 59 against a cross-industry 63.

The load does not switch off outside work

60% of legal employees fall below the clinical wellbeing threshold, against 44% elsewhere, and overwhelm at home runs 11 points higher. Without recovery outside work, strain turns chronic, and health claims risk follows at 7 points above average.
